Red lentil tofu 🤯

Yes, you can turn basically any legume into tofu and let me tell you, it’s DELICIOUS! 😋


RECIPE (4 servings, 2h prep time):


-1/2 cup (100g) red lentils
Cover with water and let it soak overnight.
Add to a blender.
-1 cup (250ml) water
-salt


Blend until smooth.
Pour in a pot and yet it up while stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour in a baking dish and refrigerate until set.
Now prepare like tofu: I mixed it with some corn starch, oil and salt and baked at 200C for 15mins. Then tossed in this glaze:
-1 Tbsp each Gochujang, vinegar, and agave
-2 Tbsp ketchup
