Air-Fried Red Lentil Tofu Bites
Ingredients:
135g red lentils
Boiling water
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
Olive oil
Instructions:
Pour boiling water over red lentils, covering them slightly. Let soak for 15 minutes.
Blend soaked lentils in a food processor until smooth, forming a puree.
Transfer puree to a pot over medium heat. Add paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Stir constantly until water evaporates and mixture becomes thick and moldable.
Pour mixture into a greased square container. Let set for a few hours or overnight.
Gently remove set lentil tofu from container and place on a cutting board. Cut into cubes.
Air-fry cubes at 185°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
